I recently purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius from Tri-State Toyota/Scion in Dudley MA and am writing this letter to express my sincere appreciation to sales representative Adam Kotsopoulos for making the process such a positive one. I had done extensive research on the type of vehicle for which I was shopping and visited four other dealerships in the Connecticut/Massachusetts area, and of all the sales representatives at the dealers, Adam was the most knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Adam listened attentively to me when I explained what I was looking for, (a trait in short supply among sales representatives based on my years of purchasing products), and he proceeded to efficiently show me several cars that he thought would be a good fit for me. He thoroughly went over each vehicle, pointing out their differences, and used the time to allow me to inspect the vehicles without interruption, answering any and all my questions about each car that i posed. In our test drive, Adam patiently explained the considerable technical features of the Toyota Prius, telling me things about the Prius that even after my extensive research about the hybrid, were yet unknown to me. His knowledge of the car's features was impressive, but more importantly, Adam had an ability to clearly and concisely communicate, never rushing or pressuring me, the opposite of what I experienced at other dealers. His exemplary professional manner continued when we discussed price, options, and paperwork for the sale, including his timely follow up phone calls to make me abreast of when the car would be ready for delivery. Finally, after the point of sale when I took delivery, Adam again went the extra mile to thoroughly go over the car with me, making sure everything was in place and to my 100% satisfaction. Toyota and the Tri-State dealership should be proud to have an outstanding professionals like Adam Kotsopoulos representing their company.
