Toyota Ranked #1 In Brand Loyalty by KBB

The 2012's Toyota Camry, along with Prius helped Toyota earn the top spot for Customer Brand Loyalty on KBB.com. The company saw a big spike in brand loyalty during Q4, moving up to 50.6%, which was a a 2.7% jump from Q3. During a time where consumers are becoming more and more savvy shoppers, Toyota continues to lead to pack with customer loyalty.

 

Kelly Blue Book examined brand loyalty with customers during the 'shopping phase'. They included data from a number of sources including: trade-in, private party searches, and new car pages on their website.

 

Akshay Anand, who is a market web analyst for KBB.com, added, "Toyota has done a laudable job overcoming ? issues, introducing programs such as 'Toyota Care,' while getting its supply back online. The redesign of its flagship, the 2012 Toyota Camry, also helped drive interest to the brand and retain owners. All in all, there are positive trends for automakers. Traditional leaders like Toyota are leaving the problems in the past and looking toward bright futures?"1
